Job Summary

Were looking for a confident driven Sales Executive who knows how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. Youll be joining a fast-growing fintech thats transforming how businesses in the travel sector manage global payments.

Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships understands the sales process from start to finish and takes pride in delivering a great client experience. Youll be responsible for driving new business managing your own portfolio and helping clients get the most value from the platform. Youll be part of a team thats bold ambitious and passionate about growth both yours and the companys.

Your daily adventures include:

  • Building and managing your own pipeline from identifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Reaching an annual new business target of R250 million in acquisition revenue.
  • Maintaining strong ongoing relationships with your accounts to achieve at least a 75% retention rate.
  • Meeting clients face-to-face and online whether over coffee at events or through demos and calls.
  • Keeping everything up to date in Salesforce (because if its not there it didnt happen).
  • Working closely with marketing to make the most of leads and create opportunities.
  • Representing the company at trade shows networking events and industry meet-ups.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover to the Account Management team once clients are up and running.


Requirements

What it takes to succeed:

  • At least 3 years experience in a sales or business development role ideally within fintech payments or travel.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills you know how to connect with people.
  • Confidence in managing a full sales cycle independently.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • A self-starter with strong organisation and follow-up skills.
  • Someone whos energetic professional and able to thrive in a hybrid work setup.
