The opportunity:
Responsible for identifying analyzing developing and improving existing training. Areas in charge: Production Quality Warehouse and other direct operations. Implementation of tools includes but not limited to Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen.
How youll make an impact:
You will understand the organizations vision objectives and improvement needs and suggest projects and improvement actions that support objectives work with leaders to identify and access the best resource (internal or external) with which to work drive behavioral change to continuously improve sustainability performance through coordinated performance improvement programs and initiatives.
You will apply Hitachi Energy standardized processes to deliver consistent approach to continuous improvement and strategy deployment facilitate best practice sharing within your location work in cross functional teams to execute the strategy and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks.
You will be driving and executing the continuous improvement of training curricula and materials implement a comprehensive competency skill and knowledge matrix for operation teams across the factory overseeing and enhance training programs to ensure compliance with established quality standards coordinating the programs in adhering to regulatory and internal policies by ensuring that all personnel are trained according to relevant industry guidelines customer expectations and legal mandates thereby fostering a robust of culture of compliance.
You will regularly measure monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs while establishing and implementing quality KPIs for the training process ensure budget and team resources for our customers continuous improvement efforts and stay there until the work can be sustained by their own operation customers are required to build up competency and resources to sustain solutions.
You will support deployment of the organizations strategies through effective utilization of continuous improvement resources where needed within the functional area of expertise provide organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts; tracking via metrics/KPIs progress and value from these efforts in order to help decision makers allocate resources and recognize success with special focus on operational cost reduction. To work effectively with other CI leaders to standardize processes and develop best practices.
You will drive cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility with a hands-on approach understand and promote behavioral change to continuously improve function performance through programs and initiatives promote Health Safety & Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations within the units ensure a safe working environment and continuous improvement in HSE process and integrity performance.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a BS degree or equivalent education preferably in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of working experience.
Design and deliver technical training in diverse areas - Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt Lean methodologies: DMAIC VSM SMED TPM.
Highly developed training skills broad knowledge of multiple technology areas.
Able to work under pressure excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good influencing communication skills able to communicate with different levels in organization.
