Work youll do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development & Lead Generation
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in internal audit and related consulting services.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs Heads of Internal Audit Risk Officers Compliance Officer etc.).
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on internal controls risk management compliance and governance matters.
  • Proposal & Pitch Support
    • Coordinate the preparation of proposals presentations and tenders.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to shape customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaboration & Internal Alignment
    • Work closely with internal audit consulting tax and advisory teams to align go-to-market strategies.
    • Partner with marketing and communications to develop campaigns and thought leadership content.
  • Sales Reporting & Strategy
    • Track performance against sales targets and prepare regular business development reports.
    • Provide feedback on service offerings pricing strategies and market demands.

Development Opportunities:

  • Lead business development efforts in Thailand focusing on the Energy Resources & Industrial FSI/ Insurance Life science & Healthcare or Technology Media and Telecommunications sector.
  • Engage and collaborate with regional Deloitte offices to deliver regional engagements


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CIA CPA ACCA etc.) a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in business development preferably within professional services consulting internal audit or in the Energy Resource and Industrial.
  • Proven track record in sales networking and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (verbal and written).
