Key responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers within assigned trade lanes.
Develop strong understanding of trade lanes and partner countries needs.
Build and maintain relationships with customers agents and partner countries.
Drive new business development and manage a quality sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions and secure business.
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to improve service quality.
Promote Thailand trade services to target markets and customers.
Update sales activities pipeline and Book of Business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Attend industry events customer meetings and trade lane engagements as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Transportation or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive new business growth.
Strong interpersonal presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
