The Role (Day-in-the-life)
Youll work independently to reset vacation homes to a precise guest-ready standard. Expect steady movement problem-solving and visible impact-great housekeepers love seeing the results of their hard work. Each shift youre assigned specific homes with clear time windows typically two to three full homes per day. The work is physical: standing walking frequent stairs reaching kneeling and lifting or carrying up to 30 lbs. The schedule is four to five days per week (including 1-2 days per weekend) generally 85 with peak periods shifting to 106. Overtime is available in summer and during holidays. Youll run your route solo with in-field support only a call or text away.

What Youll Do
We operate on See It Own It Solve It Do It principles. You wont need supervision because you supervise yourself. Youll clean entire homes-kitchens bathrooms living spaces and bedrooms-to spec including linen resets surfaces floors trash removal and final staging. Youll follow our guest-ready checklist and finish within the time window. Youll also report maintenance or safety issues promptly and use our route/app tools to confirm start and finish times upload photos and complete quality-control sign-off. Fair warning: This isnt for everyone. We expect excellence reward the same and our standards are non-negotiable. If youre looking for just a job save us both time.

What Youll Get
We offer top pay with the opportunity to earn up to $30/hour based on performance and quality. Training is paid (24 weeks) with a dedicated coach and a clear pass-off at graduation. Youll receive $0.50 per mile in mileage reimbursement. We provide pro-grade supplies and equipment-including vacuums PPE caddies and cleaning chemicals-plus stable routes and consistent support from leads and inspectors. How We Measure Success
Expectations are clear and winnable. We target a Quality Score of 95% or higher on inspections zero preventable safety incidents and 100% completion of the guest-ready checklist with photo verification. Your 30/60/90-day path is structured: Week 1 you shadow a pro to learn standards tools and route flow; Week 2 you run partial routes with coach feedback; Week 3 you run independent routes with ongoing QC coaching; at 60 and 90 days youll have performance reviews with targeted skill tune-ups.

Must-Haves
You need reliable transportation a valid drivers license and insurance. You must be able to meet the physical standards noted above and be willing to work peak days (Friday through Monday) and holidays as scheduled. Success here requires coachability accountability and comfort with direct respectful feedback through Crucial Conversations.

Nice to Have
Professional housekeeping hotel or vacation-rental experience is helpful as is familiarity with checklists routing apps or photo documentation. None of this is required for the right hard-working candidate.
