About the Role:

Join Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Roseville CA as a Plumbing Operation Manager where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional plumbing services. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and achieve target gross margins.
Manage branch expenses including labor vendor contracts inventory and fleet operations.
Oversee facility maintenance inspections and repairs to safeguard company assets.
Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety standards including training assessments and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all licensing permitting and local code requirements.
Recruit hire and develop service staff; manage performance schedules priorities and assignments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Deliver ongoing technical and communication training through ride-alongs in-house sessions webinars and company learning platforms.
Review service documentation conduct job site evaluations and maintain procedural compliance among field personnel.
Support dispatch operations to ensure accurate job scheduling technician matching and proper time documentation.
Resolve customer concerns promptly through clear professional communication.
Coordinate with HR weekly on staffing needs and manpower planning.
Attend and participate in company-sponsored training and leadership development.

Compensation: $85000.00 - $100000.00 per year
