The TAS HR team is expanding and were looking for a dynamic passionate and forward-thinking Senior Human Resources Officer (Advisor) to take on an exciting new role.

As a trusted HR Advisor youll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and HR Officer to:

• Lead employee casework and provide expert HR/IR advice
• Drive strategic initiatives in engagement wellbeing and cultural transformation
• Support recruitment onboarding and professional development
• Contribute to policy development and HR compliance
• Enable leadership capability through operational excellence

Youll use your people-first mindset emotional intelligence and HR know-how to build strong relationships across the school guiding leaders and supporting staff through every stage of the employee lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to a thriving inclusive and high-performing culture.

• Bachelors degree in HR or equivalent
• 5 years in an HR roles with strong coaching casework and EBA/Award interpretation experience
• Excellent interpersonal conflict resolution and communication skills
• Confidence to stay ahead of legislative changes and advise leadership
• Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
