HEW 8 - $113125 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuation

About the role

You will work as part of the Business Partners team to proactively drive leadership capability across the organisation by coaching case management workshop facilitation and providing contemporary solutions and advice in areas of change performance management job design team and individual performance.

You will:

  • provide a responsive well-regarded customer centric partnering service;

  • build and maintain strategic partnering relationships with leaders;

  • work with People and Cultures Centres of Expertise to co- develop and implement University-wide initiatives aimed at achieving People and Culture strategic objectives;

  • provide early specialised coaching advice and intervention for employee and team-based matters; and

  • lead and manage complex workplace and employee relations matters and/or investigations.

About you

You will have demonstrated knowledge and application of contemporary People and Culture practice extensive experience in interpreting legislation and industrial agreements and a passion for leadership coaching and customer centric service. Experience using Workday would also be beneficial.

You will possess:

  • experience and success coaching people leaders challenging thinking and driving leadership capability and confidence;

  • ability to analyse data and provide informed advice and evidence-based recommendations and solutions;

  • understanding and commitment to privacy principles and confidentiality of sensitive information; and

  • demonstrated success working in a customer centric model providing results-focused service excellence both individually and collaboratively with colleagues and partners.
