Youll be instrumental in managing sensitive and intricate family law cases for clients whose financial profiles include RSUs bonuses and compensation structures typical of Silicon Valley professionals.

Independently manage family law cases from inception to resolution
Draft pleadings discovery and court-ready documents

Provide thorough trial support to attorneys
Communicate professionally with clients navigating sensitive family matters

Youll Thrive Here If You Have:

Significant experience in California Family Law (minimum 4 years)
At least one full year of experience with Santa Clara Superior Court procedures
A proactive approach and ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
Trial preparation or in-court support experience (preferred)
