Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across preservation packaging and distribution units.
Build and optimize internal systems and structures for operational efficiency.
Implement performance metrics (KPIs) to enhance productivity and accountability.
Lead AI-driven operational improvements through analytics and automation.
Develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and channels.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and cost optimization.

Requirements

5 years of progressive leadership experience with proven success in operations or business growth roles.
Experience working in fast-paced or scaling companies (preferably in food FMCG or tech-driven sectors).
Strong understanding of business growth levers process optimization and financial management.
Track record of driving measurable operational improvements and business expansion.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Industrial Engineering or a related field (required).
Masters degree or MBA (preferred).
AI-savvy with strong interest in applying automation and data analytics to business operations.
Strategic and analytical thinker with strong execution discipline.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Financially literate and business-growth oriented.
Tech-forward mindset with ability to integrate digital tools into everyday operations.
