Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Company Driver to provide safe timely and efficient transportation for staff documents and materials. The ideal candidate must have a clean driving record good knowledge of local routes and the ability to maintain the vehicle in optimal condition. Professionalism punctuality and discretion are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company staff visitors and executives to designated locations as assigned.
Safely transport documents parcels and other items between offices clients and vendors.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean well-maintained and fueled.
Conduct regular vehicle checks (oil tires brakes lights etc.) and report any issues.
Adhere to traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Maintain daily travel logs and fuel usage records.
Follow assigned schedules and routes efficiently.
Assist in minor vehicle troubleshooting or coordinate with mechanics for maintenance.
Provide support during emergencies or urgent travel needs.
Ensure confidentiality and security of staff and transported items.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license appropriate for the vehicle type (LMV/Commercial etc.).
Minimum 35 years of professional driving experience.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Good knowledge of local roads routes and traffic regulations.
Ability to speak and understand local language and basic English.
Physically fit and able to lift light loads when needed.
Reliable punctual and polite with a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience driving for corporate executives or in the real estate/construction industry.
Basic mechanical skills for handling breakdowns.
Familiarity with GPS or route-tracking applications.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends or holidays if required.
