About the job

Were looking for a strategic curious and collaborative Sr. Financial Manager GTM Finance this role youll serve as the dedicated finance partner to North America Sales.

Youll help drive financial rigor unlock growth opportunities and ensure were investing resources where they matter most. This role will lead forecasting financial modeling and decision support while helping leaders across these teams understand performance and manage expenses effectively.

Responsibilities

In this role youll:

• Be a trusted FP&A partner to the North America Sales organization
• Lead forecasting budgeting and reporting for operating expenses (OpEx)
• Develop and maintain models to assess sales productivity and GTM efficiency
• Provide financial insights to guide investment decisions and drive resource allocation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities margin drivers and increase cost efficiency
• Build flexible financial models to support ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning
• Communicate complex financial information in clear actionable ways to business partners

Required:

• 10 years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience in forecasting budgeting and reporting
• Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teams
• Ability to work independently and think strategically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel

Desired:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Anaplan Tableau Looker and Oracle a plus

Location

This role will be remote and located in British Columbia Alberta or Ontario.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

• Based in British Columbia Alberta Ontario: $118200 - $147700 CAD

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on permissible non-discriminatory factors such as skills experience and geographic location within the state.
