Key Responsibilities.
Python Programming: Utilize Python for developing robust AI solutions. Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and efficient coding techniques.
Machine Learning Models: Design implement and optimize machine learning models to meet product requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into existing systems.
Deep Learning Frameworks: Leverage deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch to develop advanced AI applications. Stay updated with the latest advancements in deep learning technologies.
LLM Prompting: Develop and refine large language model (LLM) prompting techniques to enhance AI capabilities. Work on improving model accuracy and performance through innovative approaches.
Predictive Analytical Models: Create predictive analytical models to forecast trends and behaviors. Use these models to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Data Preprocessing: Oversee data preprocessing activities to ensure data quality and readiness for model training. Implement techniques for data cleaning transformation and augmentation.
Algorithm Optimization: Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability. Continuously evaluate and improve algorithm efficiency to meet evolving product needs.
Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor engineering teams to foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for AI product development. Align product strategies with company goals and market trends.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
Technical Expertise:
AI Product Development: Oversee the technical aspects of AI product development. Ensure products are built using best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and performance. Continuously monitor and improve product quality.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into product development.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Strong python engineering background experience developing AI ML solutions building async workflow micro serves or distributed systems
Knowledge of Semantic kernel ecosystem agentic patterns and similar frameworks
Knowledge of LLMs prompt engineering API integrations and external service management


Skills and requirements
Experience in orchestrating multi agent solutions for complex business tasks
Strong problem-solving skills technical curiosity and continuous learn and adapt to new AI tech and agent frameworks
