Location: Hildreth Elementary School

Schedule: Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons 7:00am to 9:00am and 3:30pm to 6:00pm

As an AlphaBEST Captain youll be trained to do the following:

Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness the arts technology and more!
Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and s

Heres what youll need:

Must have a HS diploma
Must be at least 20 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
At least one year of supervised work experience with school-aged children or one practicum (this can be reduced to 9 months with bachelors degree or associate degree in any field; to 6 months with Bachelors in early education
