Lead Analyst Gas Projects

The salary range for this position is dependent on experience level from $103939 to $129924.

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the configuration management of Gas Pipeline records for all Major Projects and Pipeline replacements. Establish maintain and organize electronic repository database for easy records retrieval. Maintain relationships and accountability with contractors for records management and required retention records.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all changes are documented tracked and implemented to maintain system integrity and compliance.

• Ensure all records are properly cataloged for specific projects or regulatory compliance

• Generate reports and records upon request to support projects or personnel qualifications.

• Develop and organize Configuration Management tools and processes in support of records retention. Analyze document and maintain accurate records of system configurations to optimize performance and minimize errors.

• Work independently without close supervision

• Ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and initiate appropriately.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain solid working relationships with contractors. Work to improve the communication and coordination of policies and procedures to contractors.

• Support configuration audits and ensure compliance with established practices and standards.

• Ability to communicate required needs to Avangrids Pipeline Constructors and hold their organizations responsible for on time documentation and content quality.

• Excellent organizational skills reviewing Regulatory Records for completeness and CWPs (Construction Work Packages) for Records Management / Retention.

Required Qualifications

• Thorough background and understanding of Records Management and the retention requirements of CFR-192 Gas Pipelines ASME B1.8 Gas Piping

Preferred Qualifications

• Education & Experience Required:
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required with 10 or more years relevant experience and the completion of the relevant progression program.

• General knowledge of industry codes including ASME API Hazmat and OSHA.

• General knowledge of Welding Processes and Non Destructive Testing would be a benefit.
