Job Summary
Job Description: Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Assist in the design and implementation of business processes and systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Salary & Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90000 to $110000 per year (USD) depending on experience and qualifications. The selected candidate will also be eligible for company benefits such as healthcare coverage retirement plans and paid time off.
