Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering great customer service Join our international team as a Customer Support Advisor working remotely from anywhere in Portugal!
Youll be the first point of contact for customers a true brand ambassador ensuring a smooth and positive experience every time.
Your Role:
Youll support customers via social media chat phone and email with inquiries about subscriptions invoicing and technical issues. Youll troubleshoot find solutions and make sure every customer feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions
- Support account management and software functionality
- Deliver timely precise responses
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions
What We Offer:
- Remote position in Portugal work from the comfort of your home
- 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
- Full-time rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday 08:0021:00 (Portuguese time)
- 2 days off per week (rotational)
- International work environment and supportive team
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: 1100 gross/month
- Plus two extra salaries per year (as granted by Portuguese law)
- Performance bonus: up to 100 gross/month (paid during the first 12 months)
Languages Required:
- German C2 level
- English B2 level
