Job Description

In this role you will have the unique opportunity to shape and optimize our supply chain operations ensuring flawless execution and driving world-class performance. As the Sr. Director Supply Chain you will play a pivotal role in our ambitious growth strategy collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement supply chain strategies that enable us to compete in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the supply chain function including planning logistics and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs while maintaining high service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with team members from different departments to ensure that supply chain activities are in line with the overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and robust supply chain network.
• Apply proven strategies and widely accepted methods to improve supply chain efficiency and stay ahead in the market.
• Lead and nurture a supply chain team that consistently demonstrates strong teamwork and innovative thinking.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics or a related field. Equivalent experience in the industry will also be considered.
• At least 10 years in supply chain management with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 7 years of leadership experience and the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.
• Consistent track record of effectively leading projects and achieving successful outcomes.
• Extensive understanding of supply chain principles proven strategies and evolving trends such as capacity planning.
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and systems ASAP a plus
• Maturing SIOP
