Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists manager with staff and scheduling.
Oversees handling of customer complaints.
Handles calls and customer escalation issues serves as tier three point of contact and provides assistance for facilities parking issues etc. and works with other university stakeholders in conflict resolution.
Maintains workflow management of all customer requests.
Maintains a strong working knowledge of software computer and telephone systems as well as facilities terminology in assigning and/or dispatching work.
Monitors and schedules Pre-move out and move in inspections.
Reviews weekly KPI reports and ad hoc reports as needed for department partners.
Maintains and updates daily weekly and/or monthly progress logs.
Performs other duties as assigned and in support of the department.
