We are looking for a Clarity Application Support Specialistto join a cross-functional CIO Office team supporting the international rolloutof the Clarityplatform. This role will support users globally ensuring smooth adoption dataaccuracy and operational performance in project and resource managementprocesses.
About the Mission
You will join the IT department of a globalfinancial group which is transitioning toward an operating model. The Clarity tool iscentral to portfolio and resource management and is being progressivelydeployed internationally to more than role will be key to ensuring adoption accuracy of data and continuousimprovement of the tool.
Key Responsibilities
Support international users during the Clarityrollout
Provide functionaland technical support to users
Configure and adjust the Clarity tool based onuser needs
Ensure data accuracy and quality across userinputs
Monitor user requests and follow up on incidentsand improvements
Participate actively in squad ceremonies andAgile routines
Required Skills &Profile
Experience
0to 3 years of experience (minimum 23 years in an ITenvironment related to asset / project management) Mandatory
Technical& Functional
Ability to analyze processes and proposeimprovements
Capability to configure and adapt platformsettings
Languages
