Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and transform spreadsheet data for upload into Salesforce.

• Validate and match data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Document business concepts and system processes using Confluence.

• Write user stories in Jira to capture requirements and enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support Salesforce use cases.

• Assist with configuration tasks or system testing under supervision.

• Contribute ideas to streamline data processes and improve user experience.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Current enrollment in a degree program (sophomore junior or senior standing).

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas lookups formatting).

• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

• Interest in data management business analysis or technology systems.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems or database-driven applications.

• Familiarity with agile practices Confluence or Jira.
