Job Summary
The role is to support the dispense Supervisor and cover his shifts when he is away. It also includes but not limited to front and back of house duties which can include the running of food and drink.
Job Type: Full Time 35hr contract
Hourly Rate: 12.21ph plus TRONC
This would be a 5 out of 7 day Monday to Sunday role based on 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure all working areas are clean and tidy
- Provide a friendly efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
- To be flexible to work in all areas of front of house
- To support the front of house team with any tasks they require
- To ensure all areas are stocked for service eg coffee milk and other refreshments
- To learn how to make all hot and cold drinks
- To receive count inspect and store goods and/or equipment and dispensing or disposing them to/from departments as and when required.
- Report immediately any incidents or accidents fire theft loss damage unfit food or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate
- Report any broken equipment to the Managers on shift
Qualifications :
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
