165 RLC is a Regional Army Reserve Regt with SUs across the SW of England- R2IC may be expected to routinely travel between CORNWALL DEVON BUCKS HAMPSHIRE and OXFORDSHIRE for Regt community engagement events and visits.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide and deliver Employer Engagement functions for both employers and Reservists in accordance with the COs and Bdes Directives. 2. Responsible to the CO for the timely coordination of Reservists Employer Notification and JPA employment data accuracy. 3. Liaison with employers prior during and after mobilisation including any case work or documentation that is required funding and grants. and support the ROSO iot promote recruiting initiatives and communication to employers. that the sub-unit complies with legislation and regulations. the Employers of mobilised Reservists by providing a direct line of communication between the Regt and Employers.
