Job Summary
- Develop and own the features for regulatory compliance focusing on current health care regulation regarding the electronic invoicing and the interoperability with different public and private entities and services.
- Write clean scalable and well-tested PHP code within our Symfony-based backend and contribute to our React-based frontend where necessary.
- Collaborate with your fellow worldwide developers and the core team in Spain to design build and deploy high-quality software.
- Develop and consume APIs to integrate Clinic Cloud with the main Doctoralia marketplace and local third-party services like payment gateways.
- Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle from analyzing technical requirements and sprint planning to testing deployment and post-launch support.

Qualifications :
- 8-12 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend developer with a strong emphasis on PHP.
- Solid experience with modern PHP frameworks preferably Laravel or similar (e.g. Symfony).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL including schema design and writing efficient queries.
- Knowledge of a type of architecture as hexagonal architecture or DDD (Domain-driven design)
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6) and a willingness to work with our React frontend or similar .
- Proven experience with API integration (REST webhooks). Previous experience with complex government or financial APIs is a major plus.
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for effective communication between the Colombian and Spanish teams.
- A pragmatic problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in a remote collaborative team environment.
