Urban Designer

• Under the direction of a senior designer play a critical role in projects for design development and documentation which may include:
• Develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images.
• Develop innovative design solutions responding the concept and effectively addressing the social legal and economic implications of the physical form.
• Develop design in response to technical problems posed by a projects scope.
• Evaluate select and apply standard urban design techniques procedures and criteria using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.

Qualifications :

1. 1-3 years post-graduate experience as an Urban Designer Architect or Landscape Architect.
2. Bachelors degree in Architecture or Landscape and Masters degree in Urban Design Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
3. Expertise in Adobe Design CS AutoCAD and Sketchup or Rhino.
   Strong attention to detail.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
