Designer- Architecture BIM

AECOM is seeking a Designer- Architecture  BIM to join our growing Water Design group in the EC China

Fundamental to our Think and Act Globally strategy and digital adoption Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is AECOMs primary vehicle for workshare. Operating across geographic boundaries and time-zones EC partners with regional and Global Business Line project teams to provide technical expertise accelerate delivery and keep AECOM competitive in the industry.

With a team of over 3000 technical professionals located across nine countries and remote technical anchors EC teams are trusted to deliver high-quality specialist services that help to fill capability gaps resourcing needs and technical constraints on projects of all scopes and sizes.

岗位职责

1. 负责带领建筑BIM小组配合客户及领导办公室完成从方案设计深化设计详细设计以及施工图阶段的全过程配合工作确保按时交付
2. 负责建筑设计BIM运作管理及多专业沟通协调
3. 熟练运用相关的BIM软件能够自主学习并消化客户提供的建筑设计标准BIM的执行计划负责项目BIM的策划和执行
4. 与客户对接工作任务的接收和分配负责产品的质量技术培训文件管理项目组人员绩效等管理工作
5. 维护良好的客户关系定期上报项目情况并落实KPI
6. 负责完成公司或上级主管指派的其他任务

Qualifications :

1. 建筑设计本科以上学历
2. 流利的英文口语及专业英文书面表达能力大学英语四级及以上
3. 5年以上多个建筑设计项目经验有海外建筑设计项目BIM管理经验更佳
4. 具备丰富的建筑设计能力较强的多专业技术经验和多专业沟通协调能力有中大型项目的设计经验
5. 本岗位偏重于采用Revit BIM完成建筑设计图纸要求熟练应用Revit BIMDynamoAutoCADMicrosoft office等相关软件
6. 责任心强服从工作安排具备优秀的组织能力和团队合作精神
