The Job:

As Director North AmericaBrandMarketing Activation youll steer the team thattacticallybringsCRAFTSMANto life across the partnership with the GlobalBrandMarketing leader youll set the vision rally the team and drive unforgettablebrandactivations that dont just turn heads they move product build loyalty and fuel our next generation ofDIYers.

As part of theNorth AmericaBrandActivation team youll be a key strategic driver collaborating acrossGlobalBrand ManagementProduct andCommercial Leadershipto deliver growth through insight-driven high-impact experiences that make theCRAFTSMAN brandimpossible to ignore.

Youll get to:

  • Develop and execute boldactivation strategiesthat accelerate growth win share of voice and strengthenbrandlove among DIYers pros and retailers alike.
  • Partner with top-tier creative and media talent(agencies and our award-winning in-house Studio)to produce content and campaigns that grab eyeballsanddrive measurable results.
  • Orchestrate the full digital marketing playbook paid owned and earned including SEO/SEM influencer programs video social retargeting and next-gen performance tactics.
  • Champion data-backed decision makingleveraging insights and trends to anticipate where the category is going and making sure CRAFTSMANleads the charge.
  • Fuel collaboration across the global enterprisescaling great ideas content and campaigns acrossfunctions andregions to build a consistent yet locally relevantbrandpresence.
  • Elevate product launches into must-see momentspartnering withglobalbrandproductand channel teams to ensure every new release lands with impact and drives conversion.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing teamfostering creativity accountability and a find-a-way mentality that reflects the CRAFTSMANspirit.

The Person:

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Youre not intimidated by innovation. Wouldnt it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good In fact you embrace it. You also have:

  • Bachelors degree required preferred in business or marketing
  • MBA preferred
  • 10 years of experience in brand marketing
  • 5 years experience with leadership of marketing innovation in a either a SKU-intensive brand or multi-brand consumer product portfolio
  • Prior team leadership of functional experts coaching and developing broader team members throughout a matrix organization.
  • Experience in high volume retail and / or distributor environment involving complexity in price channel and product with the ability to act as a marketing spokesperson with internal and external customers to generate excitement about launches
  • Working knowledge of content management systems product information management systems and digital assets management platforms
  • Familiarity with media environment digital marketing and commercialization
