We are looking for a Cyber Program Coordinator tosupport the deployment of cybersecurity initiatives across regional entities ofa leading global financial institution. You will work within a Cyber Programteam coordinating security actions ensuring governance reporting andsupporting risk assessment and program monitoring activities.
Important:Your CV must clearly reflect cybersecurity exposure and strong coordination/communicationskills in English.
About the Role
You will act as a key liaison betweencybersecurity stakeholders and regional business/IT teams helping to followthe implementation of cybersecurity controls monitor progress and supportreporting to leadership.
This is a junior-to-mid level role suitable forsomeone with up to 3 years ofcybersecurity experience who wants to grow in cyber governanceand program management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the deployment of cybersecurity programsacross regional entities
Act as SPOCfor various cybersecurity domains including IAM application securityvulnerability management and data security
Monitor compliance with security rules andprocedures
Participate in risk assessments with ITRO andassist in prioritizing mitigation activities
Maintain program documentation dashboards KPIsand governance reports
Track progress in follow-up tools (e.g. ServiceNow Power BI)
Prepare material for monthly/weekly reviewsand quarterly steeringcommittees
Coordinate with global and regional securityofficers to define and support security action plans
Requirements
2years of experience in cybersecurity
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles andgovernance
Project management exposure is a plus
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in English (mandatory)
Frenchand/or Spanish is a plus
Power BI knowledge is a plus
Strong documentation coordination andstakeholder communication abilities
Rigorous client-oriented adaptable andcollaborative mindset
Additional Information
Ability to travel within and outside Portugalwhen required
