Important: Your CV must clearly demonstratestrong service delivery experience incident management exposure and hands-onsupport skills in SQL and Windows environments.
You will support business users coordinate withtechnical and production teams prepare release activities handle incident andproblem management procedures and contribute to service reliability andstability. A proactive mindset and structured approach are essential.
Provide functional & technical support tointernal users
Classify prioritize and resolve incidents andservice requests
Coordinate with technical teams and monitorincident lifecycle
Support problem management to ensure preventiveactions
Prepare and deliver operational reports (morningreviews major incidents etc.)
Prepare releases and support pre-productiontesting
Maintain documentation and contribute toknowledge base updates
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Cloud knowledge (DMZR)
Ansible& Jenkins
Understanding of applications lifecycle andproduction environments
English:Fluent
French:Basic knowledge (nice to have)
