Specialist Cleaning Worker

About You
We are seeking someone who is caring reliable and physically fit for a hands-on role that can be both challenging and highly rewarding.
You will have:
- A good level of fitness and stamina to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to supporting residents.
- Awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in cleaning caretaking or facilities roles would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and employment references.
