Lead the delivery of therapeutic evidence-informed care across foster services. Coach and support practitioners to embed consistent high-quality practices that improve outcomes for children young people and carers.

Duties
Embed therapeutic frameworks across Family Based Care
Coach and guide staff to strengthen daily practice
Monitor practice quality and identify improvements
Drive compliance with legislation and care standards
Deliver training reviews and practice audits
Skills & Experience
Degree in Social Work Psychology or related field
Proven experience in Out of Home Care or therapeutic care
Deep understanding of trauma-informed and child-safe practice
Strong coaching and communication skills
Ability to travel and deliver training across regions
