Claims Care Car Advisor

As a part of our Claims team your role is central to Youis reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers youll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

About the role

• Onsite and full time working Monday to Friday at our Ann Street office in Fortitude Valley
• No experience required as full paid training provided
• Manage your own portfolio of claims
• Processing claims from start to finish
• Problem solving to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
• Be the direct point of contact for customers service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim

About you

• Familiarity with case or portfolio management is highly regarded
• Exceptional attention to detail with experience in administration a bonus
• Great communication skills to effectively present and articulate information
• Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
