WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This position is responsible for deploying troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems in the School of Public Health at Georgia State University.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Leverage software imaging and deployment tools (SCCM and Jamf) to install /update OS and applications on Windows and Mac computers.
- Document the maintenance conducted on hardware and software in the ticket tracking system (ServiceNow).
- Provides technical support for audio/video and other specialized hardware as needed (e.g. Computers and audio/video systems in classrooms conference rooms and event venues etc.)
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
