Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Audit & Assurance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a licensed CPA with strong technical expertise in GAAP GAAS and SSARS and demonstrated leadership in managing assurance engagements. This role involves overseeing audits reviews and compilations for a variety of industries ensuring high-quality client service and supporting the professional development of staff.

This role is 3 days remote 2 days onsite weekly
Active CPA required
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple audit review and compilation engagements from planning through completion.
- Supervise train and mentor audit staff and seniors; provide clear direction and performance feedback.
- Review financial statements workpapers and reports for accuracy completeness and compliance with professional standards.
- Ensure engagements are completed within time and budget parameters.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Perform technical research and resolve complex accounting or auditing issues.
- Oversee and contribute to the firms system of quality management and internal control processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 5 years experience in public accounting
- Active CPA required
$160000 - $210000 a year
