SITE DIRECTOR: AlphaBEST Education - Before/After School Program Site Director Norman OK

Salary: $19.00/hour

Location: Cleveland Elementary School - Norman OK. 73069

Schedule: The Site Director is expected to report at their site at 6:30am- start of school and 15 minutes before school is released until 6:15 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for work load.

As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:

Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students parents and school administrators.
Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the students interests and talents.
Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.

Heres what youll need:

Must have the verifiable education and/or experience that is required for childcare licensing by the state of Oklahoma
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
