We are seeking five motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Larnaca Cyprus. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in real estate sales excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the local property market. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying selling and renting properties in Larnaca.
- Provide expert advice on property values market conditions and legal requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses.
- Negotiate deals and prepare sales agreements.
- Develop and maintain a strong client database.
- Stay updated on local market trends and property listings.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales in Cyprus preferably Larnaca.
- Proven sales record and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of property laws and regulations in Cyprus.
- Proficiency in English Greek Russian any other language is an advantage
- Valid driving license
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
