We are seeking experienced Korean or Japanese-speaking Retention Agents to join our global sales team. The ideal candidates will be confident communicators with a passion for customer engagement and the drive to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Youll be part of a motivated international team supporting traders from around the world on one of the industrys most reputable fully regulated trading platforms.
Requirements
Native or fluent Korean or Japanese (English an advantage).
Previous Forex or financial sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client relationship and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven with a positive attitude and team mindset.
Ability to work remotely with a high level of discipline and motivation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Encourage clients to continue trading and increase activity levels.
Provide exceptional customer service and account management.
Understand client needs and provide relevant product information.
Work with internal departments to ensure smooth client experience.
Meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets.
