Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and excelling in the Forex industry Were seeking talented Portuguese-speaking Retention Agents to become a vital part of our energetic and growing team in Cyprus. If you have at least one year of experience in retention roles within this fast-paced sector wed love to meet you!
Location: Cyprus
Salary Range:depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Cultivate lasting relationships with our FX clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.
- Feedback Collection: Gather valuable client insights and collaborate on improving our services and offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year working as a retention agent in the FX industry.
- Language: Fluent in Portuguese with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personality: Adaptable proactive and capable of thriving in a dynamic fast-moving environment.
