Job Title: Conversion and Retention Agents
Location: Limassol Cyprus

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Conversion and Retention Agents to join our clients team in Limassol. The ideal candidates will be responsible for converting leads into clients or retaining existing clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

For Dutch Conversion & Retention Agents (NL Desk):

Engage with potential clients through various channels (phone email chat).
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversions.
Retaining existing clients

Qualifications:

Native or fluent Dutch additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in Conversion or Retention a MUST
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
