Dutch-Speaking Retention Agents Cyprus Office
A very large and well-established Forex company with multiple offices worldwide is expanding its Retention team in Cyprus. Were looking for Dutch-speaking Retention Agents with experience and motivation to join a dynamic international environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch and good level of English.
Previous experience in Retention within the Forex industry is required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multilingual environment.
EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Cyprus preferred; relocation support provided for international candidates.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize retention.
Build strong client rapport through ongoing communication and trust.
Upsell company products and services to increase client activity and engagement.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve retention targets.
Work closely with the sales and compliance teams to ensure smooth processe
