This essential on-site position focuses on delivering best-in-class customer service to our Dutch market.

The Opportunity Explained

Your mission will be to serve as the voice of the brand interacting with customers primarily in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will manage customer queriesspanning product specifications operating instructions minor technical troubleshooting and warranty claimsfor a variety of small electronics. You will communicate across digital channels and via phone ensuring quick and complete satisfaction for every customer you assist.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Handling customer contact via phone email and live chat communicating exclusively in Dutch.
• Diagnosing and resolving common issues with household appliances and guiding customers through technical steps.
• Thoroughly logging all interactions and resolutions within the companys internal customer management system.
• Working closely with specialized repair and technical teams when advanced escalation is necessary.
• Maintaining expert-level knowledge of our product portfolio and customer policies.

Your Profile

• Language Requirement: Native-level or near-native fluency in Dutch (C2).
• International Communication: Strong proficiency in English (B2) is necessary for team meetings and training.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of empathy.

Note: While customer service or call center experience is beneficial it is not mandatory. We prioritize language skills and a strong willingness to learn providing comprehensive training to all successful candidates.

Schedule and Workspace

• Setting: Permanent full-time position based in our Lisbon office.
• Operating Hours: Shifts are scheduled within the window of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Lisbon local time).
• Work Days: The work week runs from Monday through Saturday including local Portuguese public holidays.
• Time Off: You are guaranteed two days off weekly: Sunday and one floating day during the rest of the week.
• Equipment: All necessary tools and technology required for the job are provided by the employer.
