Provide customers and colleagues with pricing product availability order and delivery information.
Be a link between customer & sales teams to maximize responsiveness share keyinformationand support sales goals.
Track the status of customer orders and alert responsiblepersonsshould there be a deviation from plans or a bottle neck.
Receive and process customer orders inquiries or complaints as the first line ofsupportthen escalating where necessary.
Coordinate andmaintainproper administration of order information in the relevant systems to ensure up to date information simple tracking early detection of potential issues and to enable forecasting.
Provide a program of periodic business reports including market trend data forecasting pricinganalysisand business performance
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Great customer service skills.
Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch & English language.
Maintainsaccuraterecords and is good at managing data.
Computer skills Microsoft office CRM & ERP systems.
We are looking for somewillingto work 24hrs. a week.
This role starts with the year contract till end of 31 Dec 2026.
