Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Operations Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing potential risks that may impact our operations. You will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the safety and success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks in our operations
- Monitor and analyze market trends regulatory changes and industry developments to identify potential risks
- Work closely with the operations team to develop and implement risk management strategies
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures
- Participate in incident investigations and provide recommendations for prevention of future incidents
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and assist with insurance claims
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of risk management processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field
- 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk management software
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
