We are seeking enthusiastic and highly articulate individuals to join our international team in Lisbon Portugal as French-Speaking Tech Support Specialists. The Mission: Service Excellence

Your core responsibility will be to ensure a world-class support experience for our French-speaking user base. You will be the friendly and knowledgeable guide who resolves user challenges and helps them navigate the search engines services effectively.

Your day-to-day activities will involve:

  • Handling User Queries: Communicating primarily in French via phone email and chat to address service inquiries and technical issues.
  • Resolution Focus: Providing accurate timely and complete solutions to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Integrity: Meticulously logging all customer interactions feedback and necessary data points into our internal CRM systems.
  • Knowledge Application: Utilizing company resources and training to maintain expert knowledge of the platforms features and policies.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for motivated people who are ready to learn and integrate into a fast-paced environment.

  • Language Requirements (Strict):

    • French: C2 Level of fluency (Native or near-native mastery) in both written and spoken communication is mandatory.
    • English: B2 Level (Independent working proficiency) is required for internal team interactions and training sessions.
  • Prior Experience: Previous work in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not strictly necessary. We prioritize providing comprehensive paid training to ensure you are fully prepared.
  • Location Commitment: This is a dedicated on-site position at our Lisbon facility.

Shift Structure and Working Hours

The role requires flexibility operating on a rotational shift schedule. You will work a total of five days each week.

  • Work Cycle: Five consecutive days of work followed by two rotational days off.
  • Standard Shifts (Monday to Friday): Rotational coverage scheduled between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM.
  • Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday): Rotational coverage scheduled between 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM.
