Were looking for a Swedish-speaking Quality Analyst to ensure top-quality service delivery for one of our key projects in Lisbon!

Role
Youll support continuous improvement by monitoring service quality and promoting best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

Review customer interactions and identify improvement areas
Share constructive feedback with team members
Prepare and analyze performance reports
Collaborate with trainers and supervisors
Support compliance and quality audits

Requirements

Fluent/native Swedish good English (B2)
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Communication and feedback delivery ability
QA or support experience preferred

Conditions

Work from office with transport support
Base salary 1650 9.13 meal allowance/day
