Role
As a Quality Analyst you will evaluate customer interactions ensure service excellence and support continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess the quality of customer interactions
Provide actionable feedback to enhance performance
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Maintain documentation and reporting accuracy
Collaborate with training and operations teams

Requirements

Native or fluent in Danish and good command of English (B2)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable
Previous experience in a QA or customer support environment is an advantage

Base salary 1650 Meal allowance 9.13/day
Health insurance from Day 1
MondayFriday 9AM6PM
