Job Description
As a Tech Customer Service Representative your mission is to deliver outstanding technical assistance and customer care. You will help users with troubleshooting product usage questions and problem resolution all while maintaining empathy accuracy and clear communication.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls chats and emails from Danish-speaking customers.
- Diagnose and resolve software connectivity or hardware issues using internal tools and knowledge bases.
- Provide step-by-step support to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Escalate complex cases to specialized technical teams when necessary.
- Keep detailed records and follow quality procedures consistently.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday:08:00AM08:00PM (rotational shifts)
- Saturday and Sunday:08:00AM05:00PM (rotational)
- Days Off:Two rotational rest days per week
Salary and Contract Terms
- Gross Salary:1500x14months
- Additional Fixed Monthly Amount:120x12months
- Position Bonus (Braga only):20x12months
- Meal Allowance:7.23per working day
- Transport Allowance:20per month
- Contract Duration:6months(CDD)
Welcome Bonus: Starting from 1Septemberonwards the Welcome Bonus is paid in 12monthly instalments during the first year of work.
Each instalment is subject to maintaining less than6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month thus it is conditional not part of the fixed salary.
