The Role

Position: Customer Service Specialist Home Appliances.
Mission: Provide exceptional support to French and English-speaking customers regarding a leading brand of home appliances.
Workplace: On-Site in Lisbon for candidates relocating. Remote work available only for candidates already residing in Portugal.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (COD).
Start Date: 13 November 2025 (URGENT).
Language Proficiency: French (Native/Advanced) and English (Fluent) are mandatory.
Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is a strong advantage.
Availability: Ability to work Monday to Saturday on rotational shifts between 07:00 to 19:00. Days Off are Sunday 1 Rotational Day.
Eligibility: EU Passport/Work Permit preferred. (We guide you through the process).
