About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Investment Operations Director to join our clients team and oversee global operations and drive transformation initiatives across multiple functions. This role partners closely with global teams to ensure efficient day-to-day processing while leading digitization automation and process optimization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven leader with strong expertise in operational management risk mitigation and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping strategy enhancing service delivery and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end investment operations ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance with service standards.
  • Lead transformation projects focused on digitization automation and process improvement.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with global stakeholders and business partners.
  • Drive operational excellence and risk management through effective governance and control frameworks.
  • Develop team capability through coaching performance management and succession planning.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs KRIs and service level metrics to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in Investment Operations or Wealth Management including trade and cash management asset servicing reconciliation and reporting.
  • 5 years of senior leadership experience managing global or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency risk control and process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across geographies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management and performance metrics.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications such as MBA CFA CISI Six Sigma or Agile/SCRUM Master.
  • Experience in shared services global hub management or large-scale transformation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with data analytics tools and KPI dashboards.
  • Flexible to work across time zones and travel when required.
