Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining network infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring troubleshooting and resolving all network and firewall issues (L1 and L2 Support)
- Supporting clients with Switching (Cisco HP Juniper) Routing (cisco) Firewall (Fortinet Palo Alto Pfsense) Wi-Fi
- Oversee the installation of new network systems
- Updating or creating new VPN policies and firewall tasks device configurations advanced network topology
- Replacing devices end of support upgrading firmware fixing security vulnerability
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Networking NOC Environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
